How SmartScan Plus works for Real Estate Professionals


Your first step is to create a FREE iScan web user account. After this is completed, click here to begin creating your SmartScan Plus custom profile.

This easy to follow process will walk you through customization steps such as uploading your photo and completing information that your client will see such as contact info, personal messages, and market news.

This process also allows you to set up additional pages for you clients to view such as featured properties or local resources.

If you actively collaborate with other companies such as title companies, mortgage brokers or appraisers you will have the opportunity to upload a photo link to their business.

Any changes made on your profile will dynamically update any CD that is currently in your client’s possession, no matter when you gave it to them!

After this has been completed, you’re ready to begin submitting your files. Before Mailing or scheduling a pick up (for offices or business only) be sure to complete these easy to follow file preparation steps.

Once we receive your file, you’re done. We will scan, quality control, and index your file; then create a dynamic CD with your file and all your personalized information. Your CD will be mailed back to you (with your file if you do not choose our certified destruction option) FREE of charge.

You will Receive (2) CDs. One for your client that does NOT contain any confidential information that you don’t want your client to see, such as commission checks and personal messages. Your second CD will be for your use. Imagine never storing paper records again!
