Starting a SmartScan Plus Account is Easy!

Follow the steps below to sign up for SmartScan Plus and begin ordering your CDs!

1. Create an iScan Web User Account

• This FREE online account will allow you to access any iScan services, including:
  
  • SmartScan Plus
  • Online Order Tracking
  • Online Seminar Registration
  • OneBox Document Management Services
  • Registering your copy of SimpleDOX
  • Online Technical Support

2. Sign up for SmartScan Plus

• Choose your industry and select or enter your company information.
• If you are not signing up as part of a SmartScan program, you will also need to enter payment information.

3. Modify your profile settings as desired

• From the page above, you can see different profile content that you can edit. Changes to your profile pages will be reflected immediately in any CDs you create.
• In these pages, you can set up basic information such as your contact E-Mail address or your picture.
• You can also create advertisements that your customers will see on their CD.
• Other profile editing pages may also exist, depending on the industry chosen.
• Content on Plus CDs is frequently added, along with new profile editing pages to modify that content, so check back frequently.

4. Order Documents Online!

• By providing basic information about the document, iScan will be able to personalize it for your customer.
• Enter that information in the page above and add it to your "document order cart".
• While in the SmartScan Plus section of the site, you will see your order cart on the right-hand side of the page.
• At any time, you can press "Checkout" to complete your order. Mail the documents to us and we'll do the rest!
