If you have no time or resources to perform your own scanning, let our professional service team handle everything from pick up to delivery. Capable of processing millions of documents, our Pro Services team will convert your project with precision and a timely turn around. iScan’s Team of professionals are capable of scanning many different types of records:

• 8.5 x 11 all the way up to large format maps or diagrams
• Irregular size documents
• Special document that require extra skill
  • Historical documents
  • Documents of sensitive nature
  • Worn or poor quality documents
• Aperture Cards
• Microfilm or microfiche
• Photos

Our staff will scan all of your records and perform customized indexing based on your preferences. All of our facilities are equipped with state of the art security systems and are not open to the public. Access is restricted to specific personal. All of our operators are screened, back ground checked, and fully bonded.

Once your project is complete it will be ready for release to a database. iScan can also provide a finished product on several media types (CD, DVD, etc). You may also purchase SimpleDOX licenses for a multi-user environment and have your imaging database installed on your server for access over your network.
